The Basketball Queensland Junior Basketball Competition (BQJBC) is a representative competition conducted in the south-east region of Queensland. The competition consists of three grades, namely Premier League (Division 1), Southern Cup (Division 2) and Challenge Cup (Division 3), and exists for the Under 12 to Under 20 age groups.
The purpose of the BQJBC is to provide competition pathways for the elite junior players in south-east Queensland.
The BQJBC is open for entry from all of Basketball Queensland’s affiliated associations in the south-east Queensland region. The number of teams that each association can submit is based on the number of registered juniors (excluding U10s) that they have registered as of the date of the nomination forms being issued.
Congratulations to all teams who played in the finals, to those teams who took out the championship in their division, and to Southern Districts Basketball for again winning the Harold Peacock Shield.
